  • How does Best Bookstore Works?
    After signing up, browse the reader's paradise (website) and you can either buy out any available books by adding them into the cart and get tons of Cashbacks as specified with each of the books or you can rent the book by browse for rent books. You can rent any available book for a minimum of 21 days to a maximum of 60 days. We are charging a small amount of deposit on every book rental which will be fully refundable to your best Bookstore Wallet after the successfully term-end.
  • Why rent books rather than buy?
    Renting offers you an alternative way to read 3 to 4 books with the price of one book you are buying out. It's a win-win for your wallets.rnRenting a book will save the environment as your book will be read by someone else as well. It will save almost 70% to 90% of your buying cost. rnYou don't need to go anywhere, books will be ship right to your doorstep before the rental term starts and return from home as well. #bestbookstorerentals
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    If you are purchasing a book, please refer our shipping policy on https://www.bestbookstore.ca/policies/shipping-policy. rnIf you are renting a book you will get your book a day before the rental term starts.
  • What should I do if my order does not arrive before the rental term?
    Just in case, in very rare occasion, it is possible that book will not arrive at your door-step on time. In this situation, inform us and we will extend your rental term for the late days without any additional charges.
  • How to return my rental book?
    You will find a prepaid envelope in the main shipping envelope, you need to put your book in the prepaid envelope and someone will pick the book from your front door on the day after your rental term ends.
  • What do I do if I receive the wrong book?
    If you receive a book that you haven't ordered or rented from us, email support and let us know which book or books were sent in error.
  • What should I do if I lose my return mailer?
    All return mailer is normally folded and tucked neatly in the main shipping envelope. Please make sure you double-check the books as well before contacting us. Please check inside the mailer you receive before contacting us. You should find a 2-way mailer in the same shipment you receive the book. Members are encouraged to put return mailers in a safe place to avoid losing them. Replacements are costly. A flat fee of $4.99 will be charge if the return mailer is lost in any circumstances.
  • Is this service available outside the Canada?
    Currently our service is only available in the Canada and its territories.
  • What is the condition of your books?
    We sell both New and Used books, you will find the condition of the book on the details page of any book. If you are renting any book, those books can be both new or used depending on the title, all books are carefully checked before renting out and all books will be in a gentle condition to read.
  • Is my credit card information safe?
    Best Bookstore uses the most advanced encryption method available and does not store your credit card number. It's actually safer to use your credit card on the Book Bookstore website than any other general store!
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Interac, and Diners Club.
  • How long can I keep the books for?
    If you are renting a book from us, you can keep the book for minimum of 21 days to Maximum of 60 days. If you wish to keep the book forever, you can contact us via email or text and buy that book from us by paying the remaining amount of the book you rented out. Please keep in mind, running cashback promotions while buying the book you rented out will not be applicable if you are requesting a book to buy after renting out.
  • Can I extend or shorten my rental days?
    Yes, You can keep the book for more days or you can request us to end the rental term sooner than the actual days. Kindly send us your request on bestbookstoreca@gmail.com and we will fulfill your request within a day or two. You need to pay for an extra rental term or will get a refund accordingly into your Best Bookstore wallet.
  • Can I rent preorder books in advance?
    No, you can not rent any preorder titles, but Yes, you can buy pre order books from us. Books will be directly shipped to you after they are available for sale.
  • Where do you ship to?
    Everywhere in Canada. Please refer to our shipping policy on https://www.bestbookstore.ca/policies/shipping-policy for more details about the shipping price and timings.
  • Can I cancel or change my book after I've reserved it?
    Yes! Plans change, we get it, and we're pretty flexible about it. You may cancel or change to a different book (as long as it's available) right up to the 1st day of your booking. For cancellations you will receive a store credit on your Best Bookstore wallet, which has no expiry and can be used towards any future rental with us.
  • Do you ship to the US?
    Sadly no.
  • Will you buy my gently used books?
    Yes, you can email us about your used books on bestbookstoreca@gmail.com, with all the photos of it and we will reply to you with our decision and process of purchase.
  • What if I'm going to be away on the return day or end of my rental term?
    No probs, we can usually accommodate extended bookings, subject to book availability. Get in touch for a quote!rnIf we haven't heard from you before, and you missed returning the book, we will not refund you your rental deposit and any rental amount as well shipping amount.
  • what if I am unable to return the book?
    If you are not able to return the book upto 7 days after the end date of your rental term, you will no longer be eligible to receive any kind of refund. (Deposit, Rental amount, Tax, Shipping & Return) . Upto 7 days you will be charged with 1.5x original per day rental amount. it will be deducted from your rental deposits.
  • What are your late fees?
    You will be charged 1.5x original rental amount upto 7 days. After that, you will no longer get any kind of deposits back.
  • What happens if the book gets damaged during my rental?
    It happens, we understand, for minor wear and tear can be okay but, for major damage (Water damage, a few pages are out, Book cover damage, writing or marking on book pages or any similar wear and tear to book) we will not refund any kind of deposits back to you.
  • Is it okay if I write my notes or do marking on the rental book?
    Please do not write and mark any thing in any forms on the book pages or covers as well. If we found any writings on any page or part of book, you are no longer eligible to get your rental deposits back.
  • What if I'm not home?
    If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed within the next 3 to 5 business days or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the city and delivery method.rnrnWe encourage you to check your bookings twice to confirm that you will be available to receive your book one day before your rental term starts. rn

    Best Bookstore wallet is all in one wallet solution for your all purchases with us. You will get your cashbacks and your rental deposits back into your Best Bookstore Wallet.
  • Do I need to create an account with Best Bookstore in order to receive the cashbacks?
    Yes, You will get all your cashback into your Best Bookstore wallet, you need to have an account in order to create your best bookstore wallet.
  • when my rental deposits will be refunded after returning the book?
    Your rental deposits will be refunded to you with in 1 to 3 business days, after we receive your returned book and carefully checked with the condition of it. You will get your refund into your best bookstore wallet.

    Yes, You can use upto 80% of your best bookstore wallet amount for any kinds of your next purchase per order.
