About the Author

Belinda Thomson studied at the University of East Anglia and at the Sorbonne, before taking her MA in art history at the Courtauld Institute. She has curated numerous exhibitions and published books on Gauguin, E´douard Vuillard, postimpressionism, and impressionism.
