About the Author

François-Xavier Delmas founded Le Palais des Thés, which sells teas and tea accessories, in 1986. He spends nearly half his time in the tea mountains of Asia.

Mathias Minet is a tea taster, comanages Le Palais des Thés. In 1999, he and Delmas cofounded L’École du Thé, where they pass on their expertise and experience as tea-tasters.

Lauriane Tiberghien is an illustrator and graphic designer, based in Paris.
